What I actually build

Most execution problems are not execution problems. They are decision problems wearing an execution costume.

I find the constraint, name who owns the call, rebuild the operating model, and leave behind a system the team can run without me. I have done that across a $600M media data platform, a 13-product AI portfolio, and the live Operator Control Plane I run today.

At enterprise scale, that meant 13 AI and data products across 100+ markets, an $8M budget, and a 60+ person team. At solo-operator scale, it means Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex working under one decision architecture with a single Active Writer for every task: 31 skills, 37 automations, and 47 scheduled tasks.
