What I build

Most execution problems are not execution problems. They are decision problems wearing an execution costume.

I find where the work gets stuck, clarify who owns the decision, and connect product direction to what the team can realistically deliver. The goal is for people to understand what matters, what they own, and which decisions they can make without another round of escalation. That has been the common thread across my enterprise platform work, AI portfolio leadership, and the operating system I run today.

At enterprise scale, that meant 13 AI and data products across 100+ markets, an $8M budget, and a 60+ person team. At solo-operator scale, it means a governed multi-LLM stack under one decision-rights model with a single Active Writer for every task: 35 skills, 41 governed automations, 54 scheduled tasks, and 12 AI agents.
